Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying critical emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, AR/VR) and their integration points.
- Lead cross-functional teams in Proof of Concept (PoC) development for high-risk, high-reward innovation initiatives.
- Analyze macro-economic and technological trends to forecast industry shifts 3-5 years in advance.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to next-generation, scalable architectures.
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech startups to gain early access to breakthrough innovations.
- Develop a comprehensive Future Skills Matrix for the organization to ensure talent readiness.
- Present visionary concepts to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or C-Level Technology roles.
- Proven track record of innovation leadership with a portfolio of successfully launched disruptive products or technologies.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable, long-term strategic insights.
- Strong background in change management and leading organizational transformation.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments (e.g., Silicon Valley).
