Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead the integration of cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning models into core product lines.
- Foster a culture of innovation, driving R&D initiatives that position the company as an industry leader.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify emerging technology trends to mitigate risks and capture market opportunities.
- Oversee the technical talent acquisition strategy to build a world-class engineering team.
- Establish key partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a strategic or C-suite capacity.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, or Blockchain technologies.
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts up to 2026.
- Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and fostering high-performance cultures.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into compelling business narratives.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
