Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and packages.
- Perform data entry, filing, and records management with a high degree of accuracy.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
- Handle sensitive information with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an office or clerical setting is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a valid Colorado Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of government procedures and public service standards is a plus.
