Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize confidential court records, dockets, and legal documents with meticulous accuracy
- Process filings, warrants, and subpoens while adhering to strict procedural protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to attorneys, litigants, and court visitors
- Coordinate judicial calendars and courtroom logistics for hearings and trials
- Utilize case management software to update and retrieve electronic records
- Assist with jury assembly and voir dire processes during trial periods
- Prepare official court orders and administrative correspondence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years clerical or administrative experience in legal/government settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
