Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a variety of motor vehicle transactions, including license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers.
- Operate computer systems to input data accurately and process documents efficiently.
- Answer phones and respond to emails with professionalism, resolving inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle sensitive customer information with strict adherence to privacy laws and confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay updated on all DMV policies, procedures, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
