Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and inquiries regarding city services and programs.
- Process applications, permits, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Provide clear, friendly, and accurate information to the public via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist visitors at the service counter and direct them to appropriate departments.
- Maintain and update accurate departmental records and filing systems.
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to resolve resident issues promptly.
- Assist with special projects and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
