Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor security protocols for classified DoD networks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Incident response coordination for cyber attacks
- Manage security information and event systems (SIEM)
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for space command systems
- Coordinate with federal agencies on security standards
- Maintain compliance with NIST and FISMA requirements
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- 3+ years cybersecurity experience in government/military
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Expertise in Windows/Linux system hardening
- Knowledge of DoD RMF and ICD 503 processes
- Experience with Splunk or ArcSight SIEM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field
