Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage incoming federal correspondence and inquiries with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
• Maintain and update digital and physical records in compliance with federal regulations and agency standards.
• Assist senior staff with scheduling, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements for government officials.
• Prepare routine reports, memos, and documents using MS Office Suite.
• Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Support special projects and task orders as assigned by federal project managers.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a government, military, or high-level corporate administrative role is highly desirable.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
