Responsibilities
- Coordinate federal procurement processes in compliance with UK Public Contracts Regulations 2015
- Manage vendor relationships and contract renewals for government infrastructure projects
- Process daily payment reconciliations within HM Treasury guidelines
- Maintain digital contract documentation using G-Cloud frameworks
- Conduct compliance audits for cross-departmental procurement initiatives
- Liaise with Cabinet Office officials on contract modifications
- Generate daily performance reports for senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in UK public sector procurement or contracting
- CIPS Level 4 or equivalent procurement certification required
- Proficiency with Crown Commercial Service (CCS) digital platforms
- Valid SC security clearance or ability to obtain immediately
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience
- Knowledge of EU Exit procurement adjustments
- Proven track record of meeting daily payment deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management across government departments
