Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and reporting dashboards.
- Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights for government policy decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Prepare and present data summaries to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Public Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence within a government or large-scale enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
