Responsibilities

- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends and assess their potential impact on our market position by 2026.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present complex technical strategies and high-level forecasts to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
- Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions, think tanks, and tech innovators.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the annual budget for experimental projects, incubators, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
- Education: Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering) is highly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging computational paradigms.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting market shifts and defining scalable product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives for diverse audiences.
