Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Horizon roadmap, focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Identify and recruit high-level technical talent to support the 2026 vision, including Chief Architects and Lead Engineers.
- Analyze emerging technology trends to forecast talent gaps and skill requirements for the upcoming years.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align the technical roadmap with broader business objectives.
- Oversee the selection and integration of next-generation software and hardware solutions.
- Manage a budget dedicated to innovation and future tech research.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning and executive-level recruitment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeframe (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Strong network within the future-tech industry and a history of attracting top-tier talent.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred.
