Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of the company's strategic vision, specifically focusing on AI integration and technological advancement leading up to 2026.
- AI Strategy Leadership: Oversee the development and deployment of proprietary AI models to enhance operational efficiency and product capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to align technical goals with business objectives.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of technical directors and strategists.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budget and resources to ensure successful delivery of long-term strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director-level or VP-level strategic role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and large-scale system architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop diverse, high-performing teams.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing at the executive level.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
