Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology and Business Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate long-term vision into actionable quarterly strategies.
- Oversee cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless integration of new technologies across product lines.
- Build and mentor a high-performing strategy team focused on data-driven decision making.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to anticipate shifts in the industry landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic transformations and roadmap planning for at least 5 years.
- Strong background in emerging technologies and future trend forecasting.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in Agile methodologies and strategic planning frameworks.
