Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap to align with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional research teams in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Generative Models.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technology trends to determine their viability for commercial application.
- Collaborate with the C-suite to secure funding for high-risk, high-reward R&D initiatives.
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions and technology think tanks.
- Drive the adoption of sustainable and ethical AI frameworks across the organization.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technical Leadership, or R&D Management.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading AI and Machine Learning product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of Emerging Technologies including Web3, IoT, Robotics, and Edge Computing.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.
