Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technological vision and strategic initiatives required to maintain our market leadership through 2026 and beyond.
- Lead AI Transformation: Oversee the development and integration of advanced AI models, machine learning systems, and generative algorithms into core product ecosystems.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal R&D incubator to explore emerging technologies, including quantum computing, blockchain, and neural interfaces.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with executive leadership, product managers, and engineering teams to translate high-level technical visions into actionable development plans.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class team of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and radical innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior technical leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), large language models (LLMs), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic decision-making in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
