Apex Horizon Systems is seeking a visionary Director of Future Technology & 2026 Roadmap to lead our strategic initiatives into the next era of innovation. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between emerging technologies and our business objectives, specifically focusing on the landscape of 2026 and beyond. You will be responsible for identifying disruptive trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech, and integrating them into our core product lines.

Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision aligned with company growth objectives and market trends.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Web3) for internal R&D and product integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to prototype and test future-forward solutions.
- Present the technology roadmap to C-Suite executives and major stakeholders, ensuring buy-in for long-term investments.
- Monitor global tech landscapes to mitigate risks and capitalize on competitive advantages.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to foster innovation and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Executive Consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and successfully implementing them in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Deep technical literacy with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, and Next-Gen Infrastructure.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing budgets of $5M+ and leading high-performance teams across multiple time zones.
