Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with the company’s long-term vision and business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, etc.) into our core products.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and competitive intelligence to anticipate industry shifts and regulatory changes.
- Present high-level strategic visions to executive stakeholders, board members, and investors.
- Oversee the lifecycle of R&D initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and maximum ROI on future-tech investments.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of strategists, product leads, and data scientists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering complex 5-year roadmaps with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market forecasting and scenario planning.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing C-suite executives.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience working in or with Silicon Valley or similar innovation hubs.
