Responsibilities
- Process driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, and title transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional service to 100+ daily customers via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Resolve complex inquiries using state-of-the-art DMV systems and databases
- Maintain strict compliance with Florida motor vehicle laws and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer workflows
- Train new staff on departmental procedures and technology platforms
- Submit daily performance reports and process improvement suggestions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with 95% accuracy
- Valid Florida driver's license required
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred (not required)
