- Maintain organized records and documentation for all customer interactions

- Adhere to all state regulations and departmental policies in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when required
