Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service for DMV transactions via phone, in-person, and digital channels
- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and driver's license applications using provided systems
- Maintain accurate records in secure DMV databases following state regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding fees, documentation requirements, and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training on new DMV technologies and compliance updates
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards for personal and vehicle information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in regulated environments
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry (equipment provided)
- Excellent communication skills with multilingual capabilities a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays (equipment provided for all shifts)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
