What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities
- Interact professionally and courteously with a diverse range of customers to answer inquiries regarding license renewals, vehicle registration, and title transfers.
- Process applications and payments accurately using state-specific software and computer systems.
- Verify documents for compliance and ensure all data entry is error-free.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the lobby area and service counters.
- Handle sensitive customer information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Assist in directing customers to the appropriate service lines to minimize wait times.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a focus on patience and empathy.
