Responsibilities
- Process driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, and title transactions with accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints using conflict resolution techniques
- Maintain detailed transaction records in DMV systems

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
