Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and driver's license applications with 99% accuracy
- Provide clear guidance on DMV procedures, fees, and documentation requirements
- Resolve customer inquiries using multi-channel communication (in-person, phone, email)
- Utilize state-specific DMV software to update records and process transactions
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and reduce wait times
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and sensitive documents
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on policy changes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary software
- Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10 lbs occasionally
- Pass background check and drug screening
