Responsibilities
- Process driver's licenses, ID cards, and vehicle registrations with 100% accuracy
- Provide clear guidance on DMV procedures, documentation requirements, and feesResolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Utilize specialized software to manage transactions and maintain records
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling personal customer data
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service workflows
- Participate in quarterly training to stay updated on policy changes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including Saturdays
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
