Responsibilities
- Process driver's license, ID card, and vehicle registration applications with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Utilize DMV software systems to verify documents and process transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding traffic citations, vehicle titles, and driving records
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state regulations

Qualifications
