Responsibilities
- Process emergency calls and dispatch appropriate public safety resources
- Operate CAD/MDT systems and radio communications equipment
- Maintain accurate incident documentation and records
- Provide clear instructions to callers during critical situations
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during major incidents
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and procedural protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year public safety or customer service experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/holidays
- National Emergency Number Association (NENA) certification preferred
- Proficiency in computer-aided dispatch systems
- Clear criminal background check and polygraph examination
- Valid Arizona driver's license
