Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans for natural disasters and public health crises
- Coordinate with FEMA, CDC, and state emergency management agencies during activations
- Train city staff and community leaders on incident command procedures
- Manage emergency operations center during 24/7 crisis rotations
- Analyze risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for critical infrastructure

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in municipal emergency response coordination
- FEMA Professional Development Series (PDS) certification required
- Incident Command System (ICS) 300/400 certifications
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record
- Advanced proficiency in GIS mapping and emergency software platforms
