Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Assist residents with navigating county services, forms, and public records requests.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Collaborate with departmental teams to streamline administrative processes.
- Resolve conflicts and issues efficiently while adhering to county policies and procedures.

Qualifications
