Responsibilities
- Perform routine office duties including filing, data entry, and answering multi-line phone systems.
- Assist senior federal staff with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of federal documents and correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and official correspondence.
- Support the office with compliance regarding federal regulations and agency policies.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory levels to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
