Responsibilities
- Process and maintain classified/unclassified documentation in compliance with federal records management standards
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior personnel
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement requests, and financial reporting
- Support personnel actions including onboarding, benefits enrollment, and training coordination
- Manage office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and briefings using Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide frontline customer service for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
- Basic knowledge of federal procurement and HR processes preferred
