Responsibilities
- Conduct research and compile data to support federal program analysis and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of agency documentation and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure strict compliance with federal regulations and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, stakeholders, and the general public.
- Support senior staff in the coordination of projects and administrative tasks.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery of assigned work packages.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of federal policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (federal mandate).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior federal experience required; entry-level candidates welcome.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Background: Must be willing and able to undergo a federal background investigation and security clearance check.
