Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and presentation of data regarding federal programs and resource management initiatives.
- Prepare high-level briefing materials, reports, and correspondence for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct research on legislative and regulatory changes impacting the agency's mission and operations.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, ensuring professional and timely customer service.
- Support the coordination of inter-agency meetings and organize travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with federal privacy laws and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- U.S. Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
