Responsibilities
- Conduct Research: Gather and analyze data related to federal programs, policies, and regulations to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare Documentation: Draft reports, memos, and briefings for senior leadership and federal stakeholders.
- Assist with Compliance: Monitor compliance standards and ensure all organizational processes adhere to federal guidelines and protocols.
- Manage Information Systems: Update and maintain databases, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive government information.
- Coordinate Schedules: Organize meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage calendars for high-level executives.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding project status and requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data management software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise documents.
- Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
