Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for federal office equipment and software systems.
- Assist in the collection, organization, and digitization of sensitive government records and data.
- Communicate effectively with federal employees and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs for office supplies and IT assets.
- Support the preparation of reports, briefings, and documentation required for agency compliance.
- Participate in security briefings and maintain adherence to federal security protocols and confidentiality agreements.
Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen and eligible for a security clearance (Secret/Top Secret clearance not required for this entry-level role).
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background investigation and drug screening.
