Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of federal grant applications and compliance reports.
- Conduct research on federal regulations and policy changes to ensure organizational adherence.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of departmental activities and personnel files.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, supervisors, and the general public regarding federal program inquiries.
- Support senior analysts in the development of strategic initiatives and performance metrics.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance knowledge of federal procurement and administrative processes.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for this position.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to pass a standard background check and security clearance process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
