Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to federal supervisors, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Document Management: Ensure accurate filing, digitization, and maintenance of sensitive federal records and case files.
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Compliance & Reporting: Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance and preparing routine status reports for agency leadership.
- Data Entry: Process large volumes of data with 100% accuracy, utilizing government-standard software applications.
- Meeting Support: Take minutes during meetings and distribute action items to ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to meet federal security clearance requirements.
- Experience: No prior federal experience required; entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
