Responsibilities
- Analyze veteran benefit program data using Excel and government systems
- Coordinate stakeholder communications across VA departments
- Support policy implementation and compliance documentation
- Assist veterans with benefit eligibility inquiries
- Prepare reports for senior leadership and congressional committees
- Participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass federal background check
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or internship
- Knowledge of federal regulations (FAR, DFARS) preferred
