Responsibilities
- Manage constituent inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Maintain digital and physical records using standardized government filing systems
- Assist with public meeting preparation, including agenda drafting and minute-taking
- Process permits, applications, and licenses following municipal regulations
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications using government platforms
- Support community outreach events and public engagement initiatives
- Perform data entry and report generation using municipal software systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- US citizenship or legal resident status (government requirement)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to pass standard background check and fingerprinting
