Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to department staff including scheduling, correspondence, and record management
- Assist constituents via phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Process permits, applications, and documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict attention to detail

Qualifications
