Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate public records and confidential files in compliance with government regulations.
- Assist the public by answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring 99.9% accuracy in all digital and physical records.
- Coordinate schedules and manage appointments for department staff and visitors.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in the organization and preparation of meeting materials and logistics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
