Responsibilities

- Assist constituents via phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding municipal services and procedures
- Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare official correspondence, and maintain departmental filing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects requiring research and reporting
- Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations in all documentation processes

Qualifications
