Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Assist visitors and residents by directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records of public documents.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute routine reports and memos for department leadership.
- Process applications and forms for various government programs and services.
- Support special projects and community outreach initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) are preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible for government employment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
