Responsibilities
- Public Service: Assist constituents by answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding consumer rights and agency services.
- Record Management: Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Administrative Support: Draft correspondence, prepare reports, and assist senior staff with daily operations.
- Process Oversight: Review documents for completeness and ensure compliance with agency protocols.
- Office Operations: Maintain a professional reception area and manage incoming mail and deliveries.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Legal: Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background investigation.
