- Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government information.
- Coordinate scheduling and meeting arrangements for agency leadership.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required for federal support roles.
