Responsibilities
- Assist the public with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person at the service counter.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Process applications, permits, and various forms in accordance with city regulations.
- Support departmental operations by preparing reports and scheduling meetings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Stay updated on city policies and procedures to provide accurate information to citizens.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver’s License (Preferred).
