Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document processing with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist department heads and staff with daily operations, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Respond to public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records in compliance with city regulations.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and community initiatives.
- Monitor supply inventory and coordinate with vendors for office needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license is a plus.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
