- Data Management: Maintain and update confidential electronic records and databases with precision and compliance.
- Administrative Assistance: Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Compliance Verification: Ensure all documentation meets state and federal regulatory standards.
- Training Participation: Complete mandatory government training programs to stay current on pension laws and procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associateās degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
