Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to government programs and policies.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for agency leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct research on current trends in public administration and state regulations to ensure program compliance.
- Coordinate with inter-departmental teams to facilitate communication and project milestones.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the planning and execution of community outreach events and public forums.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
