Responsibilities
- Support department heads in program implementation and administrative tasks
- Manage constituent inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Prepare and maintain official documents, reports, and databases
- Assist in coordinating public meetings and community outreach events
- Process permits, applications, and regulatory compliance paperwork
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special initiatives
- Track program metrics and prepare performance summaries
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of government operations and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
